This contractor will be used to relieve current associates that are tied to the reception desk to facilitate the office move project.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phone system and direct caller appropriately

Answer questions immediately or, if necessary, research questions an provide information back to the requestor in a timely manner

Participate in emergency response procedures as required/appropriate

Check in building visitors and grant visitor access badges

Other site specific support responsibilities as business needs dictate
