Job description

The Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for all Blue Shell Spa guests. This position oversees the spa reception area and serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout their visit.Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, providing information about spa services and products, scheduling spa and salon appointments, and assisting guests with questions and requests. The Concierge will also process guest check-ins and check-outs, accommodate guest needs, and escort guests to locker rooms and/or treatment rooms as needed

Location: Blue Shell Spa, Beach View Tower - 2nd Level Hours of Operation: Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday: 9:00 a.m

- 6:00 p.m. Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m
