Coming to Downtown Miami this winter, Maze Lounge brings an unparalleled combination of premier nightlife-driven hospitality, elevated cocktail programming, entertainment, and cuisine.
Maze Lounge is looking for a seasoned VIP Manager with the following experience and skills:
  • 3 years of experience as a VIP Manager or Door Manager working in upscale and high-volume nightclubs
  • Additional experience working in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels and/or events
  • Proven record of success generating revenue via table sales or private rooms sales
  • Proven record of success reaching sales targets
  • Access to a wide and highly qualified local and international clientele database
  • Experience supporting different marketing channels (public relations, social media, events promotion)
  • Experience selecting guests at the door
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Experience directing reception and security teams
  • Experience managing people based on fundamentals of labor laws and motivational leadership
  • Tech savviness to be able to operate different technology platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of Spanish
