About the Position
In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment scheduling, coordinating provider calendars, handling high volumes of phone and text communications, and facilitating smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working between 32-40 hours per week. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.
