Client Experience Leader/Splash DentalDental Reception / Administration + Dental Assisting

Splash Dental is looking for a Client Experience Leader to become the welcoming face and heartbeat of our thriving practice.

It is a hybrid position that blends front desk leadership with clinical assisting, meaning you will spend part of your week supporting the patient experience at the front desk and part of your week assisting the clinical team when needed.

What You'll Be Responsible ForCreating an Exceptional Patient Experience

You will often be the first and last impression of Splash Dental, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and making them feel like valued guests
  • Answering phones with professionalism and warmth
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments efficiently
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Responding to emails and patient inquiries
  • Helping patients understand insurance coverage and estimates
  • Encouraging patients to move forward with recommended treatment
  • Supporting patients with insurance apps and documentation
  • Acting as the voice of the patient during team meetings and daily huddles
Clinical Assisting Support

This role also includes regular assisting throughout the week to support the clinical team when needed.

You should feel confident and capable stepping into the operatory and assisting the dentist to help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Chairside assisting during dental procedures
  • Preparing and turning over operatories
  • Taking x-rays when required
  • Supporting treatment flow and patient comfort
  • Helping maintain sterilization and clinical organization
  • Supporting the clinical team during busy days or schedule gaps

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the patient interaction of the front desk and the hands-on clinical side of dentistry.

Office Coordination & Administration

You will help ensure the practice runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient records and updating charts
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and submitting pre-determinations
  • Posting payments and tracking insurance claims
  • Greeting patients, booking treatment-planned appointments, and checking patients out
  • Maintaining accurate patient communication and documentation
  • Monitoring schedules to support productivity and patient flow
  • Participating in weekly team meetings and daily huddles
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
  • Completing opening and end-of-day closing duties
  • Assisting with office systems and software coordination

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of dental practice experience
  • Diploma in Dental Assisting or equivalent dental experience
  • HARP Certification and CPR certification required
  • Comfortable assisting chairside when needed
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment plans
  • Experience with Tracker dental software preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Schedule

This is a full-time position (30–37 hours per week) with flexibility required.

Typical schedule:

  • Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: Occasionally 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Weekends: Off
