Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and welcoming Part-Time Front Desk amp; Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk amp; Reception

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.

  • Maintain office files, records, and databases with high attention to detail.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Assist with special projects and perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Office Operations

  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.

  • Coordinate with building maintenance and service providers for office equipment repairs or facility needs.

  • Support internal communications.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

    • A calm and professional demeanor when handling high-pressure situations or difficult inquiries.

Position Available:
PART-TIME FRONT DESK AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
  • Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00pm No weekends and out at 6:00 PM every night
