Job description

Position Overview:
B amp;T USA is seeking a Shipping amp; Receiving Associate responsible for order fulfillment, product assembly, packaging, shipping and product receiving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and Inspect Shipments. Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming goods against invoices and order reports.
  • Prepare Outgoing Shipments: Box items, create shipping labels, and maintain detailed records of outgoing shipments
  • Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Load and Unload Deliveries: Use equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks to handle large shipments
  • Keep records of goods shipped and received, and prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
  • Ensure timely and efficient transport of goods by coordinating with carriers for pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain quality standards are met daily,
  • Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Required Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Previous forklift and pallet jack experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, and operate warehouse equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.

Work Environment
  • Work performed in a combination of warehouse and manufacturing machine shop environments.
