The Right Fit:
The Property Manager reports to a Senior Property Manager or Portfolio Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio. Success in this role comes from strong organization, financial acumen, polished communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.
An active RECA Property Management Licence is required. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is strongly preferred. This opportunity suits someone who is ambitious and looking to progress into a senior leadership role.
 
What You'll be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
- Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare operating budgets, review financials, and explain variances.
- Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and preventative maintenance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Respond to tenant concerns professionally and promptly.
- Partner with accounting, leasing, and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and client satisfaction.
 
What You Bring to the Table:
- Active RECA Property Management Licence.
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Strong budgeting and financial reporting experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with Yardi, Angus, Building Engines, or similar systems.

- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
