Customer Service Heroes / Extraordinaires -- We Need Your SuperPower to Help Make a Difference!

Rebuilding Together North Texas is looking for help to scale our customer service efforts.

Your kind heart and organized work style can make a real difference.

Client Services Coordinator:

Works directly with our clients to process their applications via email and phone calls. Our prospective clients submit applications for our services (critical home repairs) and the Client Services Coordinator validates their inputs and compares it against our protocols.

Mostly remote; On occasion, this volunteer may be asked to travel to a client's home or need to attend volunteer meetings in-person.

Prior experience with Sales Force and the Google suite of tools is helpful but we can also provide training.

Having a computer and telephone is required.

As a national organization, Rebuilding Together is a leading nonprofit in safe and healthy housing. Across the country, Rebuilding Togetherโ€™s affiliates complete ~10,000 rebuild projects each year.

Rebuilding Together North Texas revitalizes neighborhoods by bringing volunteers and communities together to repair homes and rebuild the lives of low-income homeowners in the Denton, Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Rockwall counties.
