Position Summary:

The Lease Processor II is responsible for verifying and processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete before funding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies.

· Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete, accurate, and reflect proper approval authorities, specifically Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and ensure the accurate calculation and correct disclosure of federal-mandated fees.

· Inspect the lease package documentation for any suspicious or fraudulent information.

· Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.

· Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, vehicle registration, driver’s license, residence, and insurance coverage.

· Inform the manager of discrepancies in the contract package or verification of information and note the file.

· Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

· Follow up with Dealership, Sales team, and other internal partners to resolve all non-compliant funding issues via Dealer Chat, email, and Inbound/Outbound Calls.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies Required: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a loan/lease processor in auto funding.

Education:

· High school diploma and/or GED.

Skills Required:

· Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.

· Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office?Suite.

Qualifications Preferred:

· Experience: Captive finance company and/or lease experience.

Overtime – required on an as-needed basis.

Travel 0-10% - as required on an as-needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
