We sell millions of dollars of real estate annually, manage over $50,000,000 worth of rental properties and do multiple construction projects each year! Tverdov Housing is a continually growing startup company with a relaxed and fun culture that you’ll want to be a part of.

Position Description

Tverdov Housing is looking for hungry and ambitious real estate agents to join our growing brokerage. This is an excellent opportunity to build your own book of business, get coached up, learn about all facets of real estate and make money while doing it! We start commission splits at 50/50 and quickly offer fantastic commission splits for top producers that can go up to 100%. Let’s showcase and nurture your skills in the world of real estate!

Responsibilities

·       Prospecting for new business on the buy and sell side in all our coverage areas

·       Negotiating deals

·       Participating in training sessions both weekly and through our video library

·       Preparing proper documents for listing agreements and purchase agreements

·       Putting yourself out there through marketing

·       Closing deals

Qualifications

  • Must have real estate license or willing to attain one (we can provide guidance on how to attain)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willing to learn the business
  • Can follow directions, handle constructive criticism
  • Fluent in another language is a plus

Tverdov Housing is a real estate investment firm in New Brunswick, New Jersey. We work with mostly high net worth individuals building out their real estate investing portfolio through buy-and-hold rentals strategies. We manage over $100M in scattered-site rental properties for third-party clients, build and renovate several million dollars a year in construction for real estate investor clients and have sold more than $50M in rental real estate in the last three years.
