Position Type
1099 Independent Contractor, commission-only. Competitive commission splits and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Kiley Real Estate Advisors, you will:
  • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and successful closings.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property values.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
  • Create and execute marketing plans for listings, including professional photography, staging recommendations, and online promotions.
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, and related documents.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay current with local real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
