Job description

Remerica United Realty is looking for an organized, full-time Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller/buyer transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings along with social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate closings for our listings and buyers and every task involved.

You will keep track of the sales activity in the CRM database. This is a key role that requires a 'take charge' type of person. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. If this career with potential advancement sounds like a great match, apply today!

Compensation:

$45,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate listings from listing appointment to contract to purchase

  • Coordinate closings from contract to close for both listings and buyers

  • Create and manage new construction work orders and change orders

  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents

  • Knowledge of CRMs and the ability to learn CRM on your own

  • Assist the Broker with recruiting campaigns

  • Assist the Broker with office training on systems

  • Create and maintain drip campaigns

  • Marketing to past and future clients

  • This person would be the broker's right-hand person!


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred

  • A Real Estate License is a plus but not required

  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred

  • MLS (Realcomp, FLEX) experience is a must

  • Must have solid experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Must be comfortable with Social Media for marketing purposes

  • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience

  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in-person

  • Must have a positive outlook and attitude

  • Ability to learn on your own and efficiently
