The Redux Group is looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Listing Agent who is passionate about helping homeowners identify the right path for selling their property. You'll receive qualified appointments with motivated sellers, giving you the opportunity to focus on building meaningful relationships, offering knowledgeable guidance, and converting opportunities into successful transactions.
In this position, you'll work with clients on traditional property listings as well as alternative real estate strategies, including acquisitions, assignments, novations, and other solutions when they make sense for the seller. You'll have access to ongoing coaching, training, and support to help you sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and build a successful real estate career.

Responsibilities
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their goals and recommend the most appropriate selling strategy for their situation.
• Represent sellers throughout the listing and sales process while providing knowledgeable guidance and clear communication.
