Compensation:

$83,500 - $155,000 at plan yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by leveraging our robust lead generation system to connect with potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with excellence.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline transactions and improve client experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Manage your schedule effectively to balance client meetings, property showings, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Must have an active NC Real Estate License, and a SC License is a plus!
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
  • Ability to leverage technology and digital tools to market properties and engage with potential clients effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
  • Proven ability to negotiate offers and contracts, securing favorable outcomes for clients and maintaining professional integrity.
  • Familiarity with the Raleigh-Cary real estate market, including current trends and property values, to provide informed advice.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies to foster mutual success and growth.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with industry best practices and innovations.
