Responsibilities
• Manage listings from pre-list through closing
• Maintain transaction files, tasks, and documents in Dotloop
• Schedule staging, photography, measurements, and other listing-related appointments
• Enter and maintain accurate MLS information
• Communicate with vendors, photographers, stagers, and other service providers
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and agents throughout the transaction
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance
• Keep listing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables on track
• Provide exceptional service and proactive communication throughout the listing process
Qualifications
• Active North Carolina real estate broker license required
• Previous real estate or transaction coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
