Job description

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Personal Assistant Runner to support our team with errands, administrative tasks, and community-focused projects. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and ready to assist both in the office and out in the community.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Support sales, marketing, field operations, and team logistics to ensure smooth daily execution across the business.


Sales & Client Support

  • Host open houses and assist with buyer showings
  • Follow up with leads within 24 hours
  • Support non-contractual document prep (pull comps, organize files)
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates
  • Escalate serious buyer activity immediately


Marketing & Brand Support

  • Assist with listing flyers, mailers, and open house promotion
  • Capture light photo/video content
  • Support farm marketing and material distribution


Field & Operational Support

  • Install lockboxes and signage
  • Coordinate property access and contractor scheduling
  • Run business-related errands and prepare marketing materials or client gifts


Events & Community Engagement

  • Assist with client events and local marketing initiatives
  • Support event setup, guest coordination, and follow-up


Administrative & Personal Support

  • Help manage calendars, files, and task boards
  • Support personal logistics that protect leadership’s focus, including appointment coordination and time-sensitive errands

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Interested in obtaining a real estate license
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, to and from work
