iAD Real Estate

Clermont, FL

$48K - $200K/yr

Full-time, Part-time, Contractor

Posted 17 days ago

Job description

Are you feeling like just another agent at your current brokerage?

Embark on a transformative journey with iAD Real Estate.

At iAD Real Estate, you're not just closing deals — you're building a business, crafting a brand, and securing a future income stream within a rapidly expanding global real estate network, now making its mark in the U.S.

We offer the perfect blend of a supportive environment with the flexibility and potential of an entrepreneurial model.

What sets iAD Real Estate apart from traditional brokerages?

  1. True Ground-Floor Opportunity with Global Support
  2. Join iAD's U.S. expansion, backed by a well-established international company operating across multiple countries.
  3. Simple, Lucrative Revenue Share Model
  4. Earn ongoing revenue share (not just a one-time recruiting bonus) by helping to expand the network. Build a sustainable, leverageable income stream beyond trading time for commissions.
  5. 80/20 Split with No Hidden Fees*
  6. Retain more of your earnings. No unexpected office, desk, or tech fees.
  7. Leads & Lead Opportunities
  8. Qualified agents can access premium lead sources like online portals and exclusive lead platforms (such as Zillow Preferred, HomeLight Elite & other partnerships), along with your personal brand/farm strategy, based on production and market.
  9. Elite Training & Mentorship
  10. Benefit from live and virtual coaching, role plays, marketing support, and practical systems to help you generate, convert, and close business — whether you're new or already producing.
  11. Freedom to Build Your Own Brand & Team
  12. Develop your own brand or team under the iAD umbrella, with support, tools, and a structure designed to transform your "position" into a genuine retirement asset.
  13. Culture First
  14. Experience a collaborative, family-style culture where leadership is accessible, questions are encouraged, and you're never left to "figure it out" alone.

Your Role as a Real Estate Agent with iAD Real Estate

  1. Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversion and sales.
  2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations that educate and build trust.
  3. Show homes, host open houses, and create opportunities from your pipeline.
  4. Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close with support.
  5. Utilize our CRM and tech tools to stay organized and manage your business efficiently.
  6. Engage in trainings, masterminds, and workshops to enhance your skills.
  7. (Optional) Grow your own group or team within iAD and earn revenue share.

This Opportunity is Ideal for You if You:

  1. Are a self-starter seeking a career, not just a side gig.
  2. Are coachable and open to following proven systems.
  3. Love helping people and communicating clearly (in person, by phone, and via text/email).
  4. Are comfortable with technology (CRM, digital signatures, basic online marketing).
  5. Desire support and community, not just a logo and a login.
  6. Are excited by the prospect of building something long-term – not just chasing the next commission check.

Qualifications

  1. Active Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License in this state (required).
  2. Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
  3. Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills.
  4. Comfortable working an entrepreneurial, commission-based schedule.
  5. Willingness to attend trainings, use our systems, and be an active part of the community.

Compensation & Schedule

  1. Job Type: Part-time and Full-time (1099 Independent Contractor).
  2. Compensation: Commission-based; many agents target a range of $48,000 – $200,000+ per year, depending on effort, skill, and production (no income is guaranteed).
  3. Schedule:
  4. Flexible schedule.
  5. Monday–Friday plus some evenings/weekends/holidays as needed for clients.
  6. Largely self-determined.

Supplemental Pay Types:

  1. Commission pay.
  2. Performance-based bonuses.
  3. Ongoing revenue share that continues as long as you are with iAD (no caps like other revenue share models).
  4. All-expense-paid incentive trips.
