Description
As our Real Estate Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning, operations, and growth of our real estate team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day transaction management (Listing to Close), implementing and optimizing internal processes, and collaborating with team members to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thorough. You should have an exceptional communication style, a strong capacity for managing hard deadlines, and a passion for creating a positive, thriving work environment.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based out of our office in Midtown Raleigh.

โ€ข Location: Ability to work in-person daily at our Midtown Raleigh office.
โ€ข Experience: Prior experience in real estate operations, administration, or transaction coordination is highly preferred (but not required for an incredibly sharp coordinator).
โ€ข Tech Savvy: High proficiency with the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and a quick adaptability to real estate tech (Compass CRM experience is a major plus).
โ€ข Skills: Exceptional time management, radical attention to detail, and the ability to handle highly confidential personal and financial client information.
โ€ข Licensing: An active North Carolina Real Estate License is a bonus, but not a requirement.
