Build a Real Estate Career—Not a Side Hustle
Getting leads is helpful. Knowing how to create your own opportunities is what builds a lasting career.
Hart Jahoo Real Estate Group is looking for full-time, growth-minded real estate agents who want practical training, one-on-one mentorship, strong operational support, and a proven path for building a sustainable business in North Carolina’s Triangle market.
We won’t simply tell you to “go sell.” We’ll teach you how to generate leads, convert opportunities into clients, and confidently guide those clients to the closing table.

Our primary markets include Wake, Durham, Chatham, Orange, Lee, and Johnston counties.
What You’ll Learn:Our philosophy is simple: teach agents how to fish.
You’ll receive hands-on instruction in the activities that create real business, including:

The system is simple. That doesn’t mean it’s easy. We’re looking for people willing to follow the process and put in the work.

- Dedicated operations and back-office support- Two inside sales agents- Listing coordination- Weekly training, coaching, and accountability- Lofty CRM systems and lead-conversion guidance- Transaction and administrative support- A full-time Director of Marketing- Custom marketing materials and branded content- Professional property photography, signage, and media resources- No monthly brokerage fees- Access to LPT Realty’s technology, tools, and nationwide network
New-Construction Opportunities:Hart Jahoo has established relationships with developers throughout the Triangle. Our team has access to a significant pipeline of new-construction communities and planned units, giving agents opportunities to:
- Work directly with developers and builders- Develop specialized new-construction expertise- Meet and represent buyers coming through new communities- Build relationships in growing Triangle markets- Participate in opportunities that may be difficult to access independently
What You’ll Do:- Prospect consistently and build your personal pipeline- Host and follow up on open houses- Respond to leads promptly and professionally- Maintain accurate client and lead records in Lofty- Conduct buyer and seller consultations- Guide clients from the initial conversation through closing- Attend training, coaching, and accountability sessions- Learn the local market, contracts, inventory, and negotiation process- Collaborate with agents, mentors, marketing, and operations staff- Represent Hart Jahoo’s standards of service, strategy, and integrity

- Serious about making real estate your full-time career- Coachable, accountable, and willing to follow a proven process- Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations- Ready to host open houses and complete consistent prospecting activities- Organized and committed to prompt follow-up- Motivated by growth but grounded in integrity- Collaborative rather than territorial- Resilient enough to keep working when results are not immediate- Licensed in North Carolina or actively completing your licensing requirements
Prior real estate experience is welcome but not required. Work ethic, character, and willingness to learn matter more.
Ready to Build Something Sustainable?:If you want more than a logo, a commission split, and a list of online training videos, we should talk.
