Their duties typically include answering phones, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, managing office correspondence, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. They help maintain an organized and welcoming environment, support daily office operations, and may also assist with basic marketing or listing activities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a real estate front desk professional, and why are they important?

Outstanding communication, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor help create a welcoming environment for clients and support smooth office operations.
