Location: Essex County, NJ (East Orange / Bloomfield area)

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Compensation: $22–$27 per hour, based on experience


Position Summary

We are seeking a sharp, professional, and highly organized Executive Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a polished, professional office atmosphere.


Position Overview

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes pride in organization, communication, and execution. The Executive Front Desk Coordinator supports multiple departments and represents the organization with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, tenants, and vendors
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming front office environment at all times
  • Screen and route communications efficiently to appropriate departments
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Provide administrative support to management, leasing, and accounting teams
