The Role:

We are searching for an extremely talented corporate real estate broker to be a valued member of our Raleigh-Durham office. In this position, you will be a part of a world class team of seasoned industry experts that will help take your career to the next level. Our goal for all brokers is to master every aspect of being a high-performance corporate real estate advisor, including procuring their own clients and leading the advisory and execution portions of specific transactions, as well as managing relationships with portfolio clients who we represent on a national or global basis. Hughes Marino has an incredible training program for brokers of all levels, typically resulting in experienced advisors realizing a three times increase in their revenue within a few years of joining our team, with immediate results within the first 12 months, and newer brokers being able to achieve much earlier success in their careers. We provide all of our brokers with unprecedented levels of operations and subject matter area expert support from internal teams consisting of attorneys, financial analysts, construction experts, furniture consultants, and many other niche areas of specialization.
