A real estate officer completes entry-level tasks, including aspects of site selection, property appraisal, sale, and management of a commercial facility. In this position, you work under close supervision while completing your duties. Negotiation skills may be required, but your supervisor should take responsibility for most of the financial complexities of making the deal. As you gain experience, you receive increasingly complex real estate work. Portfolio management, asset enhancement, creating lease programs, and developing solutions for real estate acquisition are all among your responsibilities.
