Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Agent
Unlimited Earning Potential Work from Home High-Growth Investment Team
Are you a natural salesperson who thrives on building relationships, negotiating deals, and getting paid for results?
The CT Valley Team is a growing real estate investment company that works directly with homeowners who are looking to sell their properties. We purchase homes in a variety of situations, providing sellers with fast, flexible solutions while helping revitalize communities through real estate investment.
We're looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to connect with motivated homeowners, understand their needs, evaluate properties, and negotiate purchase agreements. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll play a key role in acquiring investment properties and directly contribute to the company's continued growth.
If you're competitive, self-motivated, and enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing business, we'd love to hear from you.
If you've been successful in car sales, door-to-door sales, roofing sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, or any other high-performance, commission-driven sales environment, you'll likely be an excellent fit for this role. We value strong communication, resilience, relationship-building, and the ability to confidently negotiate and close deals-even if you don't have prior real estate experience.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • 100% remote - Work from anywhere while managing your own schedule.
  • Unlimited earning potential - Your success directly impacts your income.
  • Join a fast-growing real estate investment company with opportunities for long-term career growth.
  • Make a real impact by helping homeowners find solutions that fit their needs.
  • Work in a performance-driven environment where initiative and results are recognized and rewarded.

**Must live in CT**
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with homeowners and understand their goals.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to generate opportunities and follow up with motivated sellers.
  • Evaluate properties and negotiate purchase agreements.
  • Guide sellers through the acquisition process from initial conversation to signed contract.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow up on active opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth contract execution and successful closings.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales, negotiation, or business development experience.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and asking for the sale.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Real estate, acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment experience is a plus, but we're also open to top-performing sales professionals looking to break into the industry.

Benefits
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $30,000 per year plus commission
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$120,000+ annually

Why Join Us?
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions
  • Realistic six-figure earning potential
  • Remote flexibility with autonomy in your day-to-day work
  • Opportunity to work directly in the real estate investment industry
  • Ongoing training, support, and professional development
  • Growth opportunities for top performers

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, negotiating deals, and being rewarded for performance.
