What You'll Do
  • Represent buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County, CT, and Westchester County, NY
  • Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
  • Follow up with team-generated buyer and seller opportunities
  • Show properties and help buyers identify the right homes
  • Prepare and negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction
  • Prospect, nurture, and maintain relationships with prospective and past clients
  • Build a long-term referral and repeat-client business
  • Use our CRM, AI-powered technology, and follow-up systems to manage your pipeline
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, role-play, and accountability designed to increase production
