Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate/Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our litigation efforts, handling a diverse caseload, and contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
  1. Case Management: Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  2. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  3. Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on case progress, advising on legal strategies, and addressing client concerns.
