REAL ESTATE MARKETING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Smartland is hiring a Marketing Assistant and if you've been waiting for a chance to actually use your skills, stop scrolling.

We're a fast-moving real estate investment firm that doesn't do things the old way. We move fast, think sharp, and expect our marketing to hit hard. If you live and breathe content, know what makes copy sing, and can turn a property walkthrough into a TikTok people actually watch, we want to talk.

The Role

You'll be the creative engine behind Smartland's brand presence across social, email, and beyond. This isn't a "schedule posts and report metrics" gig. We need someone who can think like a marketer, write like a human, and create like a content creator.

What You'll Own

Short-Form Video
You'll ideate, shoot, and edit Reels and TikToks that actually perform. Trending audio, sharp hooks, clean cuts, you know the drill. This is a core part of the role, not a side task.

Copywriting
From social captions to email campaigns to ad copy, your words need to work. You'll know the difference between copy that converts and copy that gets scrolled past, and you'll never settle for the latter.

Social Media Management
Own our channels, build our voice, grow our audience, and track what's working.

Campaign Strategy
Help build and execute marketing campaigns that speak to real estate investors and potential clients.

Email Marketing
Write and manage outbound email content that people actually open.

Property Signage
Coordinate design, printing, and ordering for property-level marketing materials.

What We're Looking For

AI isn't a bonus here, it's a baseline. You need to know how to use AI tools to move faster, write smarter, and produce more. If you're already using ChatGPT, Claude, or AI video/image tools as part of your daily workflow, you're already speaking our language.

REAL ESTATE MARKETING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Beyond that:

  • You can write and you know you can write. Good copy feels obvious to you, bad copy makes you cringe.
  • You've made short-form content that's performed. Show us.
  • You have an eye for design, layout, and what looks polished versus what looks amateur.
  • You're organized, self-directed, and don't need your hand held.
