As a new grad entering a React Native role, you may encounter challenges such as understanding the nuances between iOS and Android development, efficiently debugging cross-platform issues, and staying up to date with rapidly evolving libraries and tools. You'll also need to adapt to collaborative workflows, like using version control and code review systems, which are essential for team-based development.
