Trusted by many of the most recognized names in technology and SaaS, Reachdesk integrates effortlessly with your marketing, sales, and HRIS tech stack and is powered by a world-class team with hubs in New York, London, and Lisbon.

We're growing and we're currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join us.

About The Role

Reachdesk is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our high-performing team. This role blends research, strategy, and creativity to map complex organizations and engage key decision-makers effectively.

You'll leverage our own innovative gifting platform as a powerful prospecting tool-giving you a unique advantage that every BDR wants.

This role offers clear, merit-based growth within the Business Development team, where you "promote yourself" automatically by consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Plus, Reachdesk provides multiple pathways across the company for further career advancement. If you're smart, ambitious, resourceful, and ready to make an impact, this is the opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies, effectively communicating Reachdesk's SaaS platform value proposition to target markets.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads to create active, sales-ready opportunities within complex B2B organizations.
  • Monitor and analyze buying signals and product usage data to tailor outreach and respond quickly to prospects' needs.
  • Plan and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through detailed research, organizational mapping, and personalized content aligned with SaaS buyer journeys.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce and Salesloft) to ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and campaign effectiveness.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns using email, phone, social, and other channels to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, prioritizing high-potential SaaS prospects for the sales team.
  • Represent Reachdesk at SaaS industry events, webinars, and partner gatherings to expand networks and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth lead handoff, alignment on messaging, and customer insights.
  • Continuously analyze outreach results and iterate tactics to improve prospect engagement and conversion rates in a SaaS environment.
About You

Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), ideally with a proven track record of prospecting at mid-market or enterprise levels.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-able to tailor messaging to different audiences, handle objections confidently, and build rapport quickly.
  • A demonstrable interest or track record in creative outreach strategies-such as personalized messaging, multi-channel campaigns, and leveraging social insights-to break through to prospects.
  • Exceptionally quick learner who can translate the company's continuous innovations and new products into compelling value for prospects and stronger outcomes.
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated-ready to embrace challenges and push personal limits.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage insights from prospects, market trends, and competitors to directly contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and tactics.
  • Strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude and clear communication across different teams.
  • Proficient in using multiple outreach channels beyond email; experience with dialing platforms like Nooks is a plus.
Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive salary, stock options, and 401(k) matching program
  • Dental, audio, visual, and life insurance
  • Flexible PTO
  • A super collaborative working culture populated by innovative, fun, and dedicated people
