Job description

Olathe Ford Sales, Inc. is seeking a positive, energetic individual with a keen attention to detail. To be successful in this challenging role, it will require an inquisitive, highly motivated and detail oriented personality. The right individual should be confident in verbal and written communication to customers as well as other staff memebers, invoicing, answering phones and greeting customers, using various office equipment and some accounting functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and verify invoices for rebate eligibility
  • Substantiate and document all adustments
  • Verify that transactions comply with policies and procdures 
  • Compile amounts owed to customers
  • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
  • Prepare interest statements
  • Maintain customer files
  • Maintain filing system for documents

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Very effective organizational skills
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet, word processing, and email programs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
