Job description

Division: RCS Construction - Piqua

Description: 

  • The applicant will be responsible for running skidloaders and mini excavators. Bulldozers, excavators, pans and other construction equipment may be done as experience grows.
  • Work will consist of moving dirt, rock, sand, gravel and other materials.
  • The Equipment Operator will work mostly in new construction on light commercial and development projects. 
  • RCS will offer training to the Equipment Operator with the ability to advance in the field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Safety focused
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1 year running a skidloader
  • CDL Class A strongly preferred
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • A basic understanding of how to read blueprints
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility & willingness to work in multiple positions
