Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of major strategic and operational initiatives, including new service line development, facility expansions, imaging growth, technology implementations, and operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and risk tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, progress, and timely completion.
  • Identify barriers early and escalate risks with proposed solutions.

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key partner to the CEO on strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare summaries, updates, and recommendations for leadership and board review.
  • Participate in select meetings on behalf of the CEO and ensure follow-through.

Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Assist in building and reviewing financial models and pro formas for new initiatives and capital investments.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue assumptions, CPT coding logic, payer mix, staffing models, operating costs, and break-even analysis.
  • Support ROI and scenario analysis to inform decision-making.

Operational & Revenue Cycle Alignment

  • Ensure project plans reflect operational realities, including staffing, workflows, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to understand reimbursement, charge capture, and operational risk.
  • Identify potential financial leakage or workflow bottlenecks related to strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with clinical operations, imaging, infusion, IT, HR, finance, marketing, and RCM teams.
  • Support change management efforts, including training coordination, documentation, go-live planning, and post-implementation follow-up.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, strategy, or financial analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort working with financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority.

Preferred

  • Healthcare experience in a multispecialty, hospital, ASC, or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle concepts, CPT coding, and reimbursement models.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or board-level initiatives.
