POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Lead and execute revenue cycle integration projects for new client sites
  • Manage client communications and stakeholder relationships throughout integration lifecycle
  • Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project progress
  • Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; focus in healthcare, business, or related field 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience and project management experience
  • Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
  • PMI certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; self-starter with team-oriented mindset

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$100,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
