- Manage client communications and stakeholder relationships throughout integration lifecycle
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
- Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project progress
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred; focus in healthcare, business, or related field 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience and project management experience
- Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
- PMI certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; self-starter with team-oriented mindset
