About the Role:
Join NYC Behavior Specialists LLC as an RBT Technician in Long Branch, NJ, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about providing high-quality support and fostering positive development.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to promote skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with families and caregivers to support client development.
