Job description

You will support the National Adv Fab Cutting Team in day to day operations to include but not limited to project parts management, sales tracking and database management.The ability to lead a project parts meeting and identify key constraints within the project schedule and assist in mitigating those constraints.1st 90 days onsite in the office, then hybrid going forward. Clerical position. Data entry; tracking of deliveries; answering phones; checking if parts were scheduled & shipped; SAP experience is a plus; Google apps - sheets and docs;REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONSRequired Education:● High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; minimum of five (5) years of experience in domestic logistics, SAP, general office management, and service coordination.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:● To be competent and have a working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, & Meets as well as working knowledge of MS OS systems and MS Docs and Excel.● Ability to learn or have preliminary experience with SAP, SalesForce, Microsoft Power Bi, and Monday.com.● Ability to support and guide regional teams in the sales order process.● Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyInterested? Responsibilities

1. Sales & Administrative Support

  • Order Management: Process sales and work orders accurately in SAP. Navigate Monday.com to maintain project boards.

  • Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for phone/email inquiries regarding product availability and lead times.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain digital/physical files for Pipeline and Major Projects data sheets. Pull quarterly sales volume and inventory turnover data for the Sales Manager.

  • Systems Proficiency: Gain proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI to extract resource data.

2. Parts & Inventory Management

  • Order Tracking & Sourcing: Track vendor orders for ongoing projects and coordinate with manufacturers to source specialized components for custom orders.

  • Database & Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy/damage and maintain an up-to-date part database (numbers, descriptions, delivery status).

  • Team Communication: Lead weekly parts meetings and distribute reports updating the team on parts, stock, and delivery status.

3. Logistics Coordination

  • Shipping & Delivery: Prepare shipping labels, coordinate with freight carriers for outgoing orders, and provide customers with real-time tracking updates while resolving any delivery discrepancies.
