LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an Operational Psychologist to join our team.

Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany

Job Description:

Optimize Human Performance for the U.S. Air Force

LMR Technical Group is seeking an experienced Operational Psychologist to support the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Optimization Program. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for psychological resilience, cognitive performance, leadership consultation, personnel assessment, and operational psychology. Approximately 90% of duties are operational support and 10% involve clinical intervention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to Wing and Group leadership
  • Support organizational effectiveness and team performance
  • Design and execute personnel assessment and selection programs
  • Deliver resilience, cognitive performance, and leadership training
  • Conduct executive coaching and performance consultations
  • Support critical incident response and post-mission activities
  • Provide limited clinical intervention as required
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited institution
  • APA-accredited internship or residency
  • Active, unrestricted psychology license
  • Minimum four years of DoD or Federal behavioral health experience
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and credentialing
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Special Operations experience
  • Operational Psychology experience
  • Personnel Assessment and Selection experience
  • SERE Psychology experience
  • Executive coaching experience
  • Military operational support experience
