Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
ABAD Project Scheduler to join our team! In this role you will get to
develop schedules detailing progression specifics relative to program requirements and objectives. **This position is located in Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop schedules detailing progression specifics relative to program requirements and objectives.
- Utilize Performance Work Statements (PWS), technical proposals, and oral direction from PMO and technical leads to develop resource loaded project schedules.
- Prepare a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for specific portions of the project identified by the team.
- Plan the identification of hierarchy of activities and use the WBS to independently develop the Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource (funding) plans for the PM.
- Establish and maintain the schedule baseline; track and communicate changes to the baseline schedule.
- Generate Integrated Master Schedule outputs as required.
- Collaborate with project managers and a CONUS-based scheduler to ensure project schedules support contract deliverable requirements.
- Occasional travel may be required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- BS degree and typically 10 years of related professional experience or Associates plus 15+ years' experience.
- Experience working with DoD programs
- Proficient in MS Project
- Experience using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with leaders across the program in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
- Secret clearance is required

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- MS Project Black Belt and/or PMI Scheduling Professional Certification
- Experience with the Jira project management and task tracking tool

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
