Job description

Keep Spinning Studios LLC (KSS) is seeking qualified and experienced Indoor Cycling Instructors in the Las Vegas, Nevada area to support a potential federal fitness services contract at Nellis Air Force Base.


This opportunity is ideal for certified cycling instructors looking to add recurring classes to their existing teaching schedule. Selected instructors would provide engaging, safe, and professionally led Power Cycling and Spin Flex classes for authorized patrons at the Nellis AFB Warrior Fitness Center.


The anticipated requirement is approximately 312 classes annually (about six classes per week) across the contract, with scheduling coordinated monthly. KSS is seeking both primary and backup instructors to ensure consistent class coverage.


Responsibilities


  • Lead 45–60 minute indoor cycling and/or Spin Flex classes.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled classes for preparation and setup.
  • Conduct required safety briefings and provide safe, effective instruction.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appropriate music selections.
  • Complete required attendance and class documentation.
  • Properly set up, use, and return government-provided fitness equipment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and communicate scheduling conflicts promptly.


Required Qualifications


  • Current indoor cycling/group cycling specialty certification.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS/AED or American Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Nellis Air Force Base.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Dependable transportation and ability to report to the Warrior Fitness Center as scheduled.


Prior experience teaching group cycling classes in a commercial gym, boutique cycling studio, military fitness facility, or similar environment is preferred.


Schedule: Part-time; recurring classes based on the monthly fitness schedule

Location: Nellis Air Force Base – Las Vegas, NV

Compensation: Competitive; based on qualifications and experience

Anticipated Start: October 2026, contingent upon contract award
