About the Role
As a Closing Processor, you will manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all parties involved.
Our systems are designed to support you-reducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process residential closing files from opening through closing
  • Review title commitments and clear requirements
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
  • Ensure file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closing
  • Maintain compliance with company and underwriter guidelines
  • Communicate effectively throughout the transaction process
