Opportunity to do a 6 month extended fellowship in advanced Interventional Pain procedures in Las Vegas or Albuquerque. You will be trained to do all advanced Interventional Pain procedures including stimulator implants.
Compensation Progression: Training (6 months): $10k/month.
Post-Fellowship: (6-12 months): $300k base or 40% of collections.
Junior Partner: (ongoing): $350k base or 50% of collections.
Directorship: Lead physician with expanded ownership rights.
Surgery Center Ownership: Buy-in at $2.5M valuation, SBA financing available - Up to 40% ownership across multiple centers with 100% of profits distributed monthly - Fully ramped centers generating $4M+ annually.
Long term earnings of $800k+ with a realistic upside of $1M+.
