  • Work autonomously once ramped up, managing priorities, deadlines, and multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Collaborate as needed with internal stakeholders to clarify role requirements and align on recruiting strategies, particularly for healthcare and executive positions.

Essential Skills

  • Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and requisitions.
  • Proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable recruiting solutions.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes and driving processes forward.
  • Consistent track record of delivering results in a recruiting environment, measured by outreach volume, interviews per week, and candidate progression.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Healthcare recruiting experience, particularly in executive or specialized roles, is a significant advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for executive, specialty, or other high-level candidate profiles.
  • Comfort working autonomously once fully ramped, with minimal supervision.
