- Multi-specialty group practice
- Join one existing endocrinologist who is booked well out into the future
- Primarily private insurance and Medicare patients
- Outpatient only
- Minimal phone call (endocrinologists have not taken call for the last two years)
- Income guaranteefor years 1 & 2 plus Bonus formula
- Transition to productivity based comp in year 3 or once practice is ramped up
- No buy-in partnership after year 2
