As a server, your primary responsibility is to offer exceptional WOW service to each guest, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable. You will greet guests with a sincere, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, taking their orders promptly and accurately.
Master the art of suggestive selling to enhance their meal choices and overall satisfaction. Deliver food and beverages swiftly and efficiently, while maintaining a courteous demeanor. Handle payments professionally, ensuring accuracy in transactions and counting back change correctly. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere, fostering repeat business and positive reviews for the establishment. Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified applicant who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
The ideal candidate should be able to lift between 15-30 pounds and demonstrate the ability to move quickly and efficiently between the dining room and kitchen throughout their shift.
