Job description

Railcar Loader / General Labor – Mulberry, FL

Location: Mulberry / Bone Valley, FL
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Swing Shift | Days and Nights

Join a Team That Keeps Products Moving

Road & Rail Services is hiring dependable Railcar Loaders to support fertilizer operations in the Mulberry and Bone Valley area. This is a hands-on, physical position where you will help load fertilizer into railcars and prepare each shipment for safe transportation.

The work takes place outdoors in an industrial environment and includes climbing, working from elevated platforms, and staying alert throughout the loading process. We provide the training needed to learn the equipment and procedures, but you must be comfortable with the physical demands of the job.

What You'll Do

As a Railcar Loader, you will work at the final stage of the production process. You will monitor fertilizer as it is loaded into railcars and make sure each load is completed safely, accurately, and according to quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working from elevated platforms above railcars during loading
• Monitoring product flow, weight, and distribution
• Using remote equipment to help move railcars into position
• Performing quality checks to confirm loads are clean and accurate

You will also follow all site safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment and using fall protection while working at heights.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for reliable employees who take safety seriously, show up ready to work, and can adjust to a rotating schedule. Previous industrial experience is helpful, but it is not required for the right candidate.

To be successful in this position, you must be:

• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Available to rotate between day and night shifts
• Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn

Experience in general labor, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, or equipment operation may help you transition into the role.

What We Offer

Road & Rail Services provides steady employment, hands-on training, and opportunities to build experience in rail and industrial operations.

Employees are eligible for:

• $20.00 per hour with consistent full-time work
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Opportunities for training and advancement
