What is radiology recruiting?

Radiology recruiting is the process of identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified radiologists and radiology professionals for hospitals, clinics, and medical imaging centers. Specialized recruiters work with healthcare organizations to fill permanent, locum tenens, or temporary radiology positions. They manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and sometimes assist with contract negotiations to ensure the right fit for both candidates and employers.
