Job Title: Sales Support Specialist - Radio

Sun Broadcasting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Specialist to support our multiple radio properties in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to grow within the media industry.
What You'll Do:
  • Enter, revise, and maintain radio advertising orders, including endorsements and talent fees
  • Distribute invoices, cash statements, and spot reports to Account Executives and clients
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies by comparing ordered vs. aired spots and processing adjustments
  • Pull and confirm insertion orders from local and national portals
  • Enter and manage makegoods as requested by Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate advertisers and agency profiles in sales systems
  • Scan, file, and organize signed insertion orders and sales documents
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including BOB reports and talent fee reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams-including promotions, production, traffic, and programming-to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Assist Account Executives with proposals, client communications, and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative and office support, including answering incoming calls
  • Learn and utilize radio sales systems and tools (WideOrbit experience a plus)
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers and phones
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
