Job description

Warehouse Agent/ Driver (Part-time)
  • Location: Folcroft, PA (On-site)
  • Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 5 hours/day, Monday-Friday)
  • Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Part-Time Warehouse Agent/Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely handling of freight, including shipping, receiving, and internal transport. This role also supports occasional airport drop trailer operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners to track and manage shipments, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Verify, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform reweighing and dimensional (DIM) measurements of packages
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure dock and warehouse environment
  • Conduct daily dock checks and report status updates to management
  • Ensure all required shipment documentation is completed and submitted accurately
  • Comply with all TSA, FAA, and company safety and security regulations
  • Perform basic facility and equipment upkeep
  • Support airport drop truck operations, including the safe transport and handling of cargo trailers as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, air freight, or line-haul operations required
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical exam
  • Must be eligible for TSA and FAA security clearances (training provided)
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness training a plus
  • Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting

Work Environment
  • Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
  • Exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 25-65 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements

Work Schedule
  • Set working hours of 5 hours per day with requisite rest breaks.
  • Consistently report to work on time, prepared to perform required duties.
  • Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
