As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Relief for Psychological Services, you will be instrumental in delivering outpatient therapy to a varied population of clients.   • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders and other mental health challenges.
  • Utilize integrated software systems for managing client records and appointment scheduling, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Document client progress and outcomes in detailed case notes, facilitating ongoing evaluation and adjustments to therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic treatment approaches, providing client-centered care in collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals.
  • Lead educational workshops and community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the Buffalo community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, providing support for individuals facing various challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
