Job description

DUTIES:

Gather project specifications from the Federal client's Technical Leads (TLs) and creating plans to deliver the work by assigning work to Lead Developers and Engineers in four teams to fulfill monthly, weekly, and daily objectives.

Coordinate with Architect, TLs, and team members in a collaborative effort to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards using Radiant Logic, OKTA, Saviynt, and Java technologies.

Recognize risks and create backup measures as soon as they are feasible.

Evaluate current operations and plan meetings to discuss enhancements.
